Excellent product and really works

Product ok. Unfortunately had to pay for post even though it should be for free as I spent over £100. No help from Trident. Told me to challenge post office which I did and it didn’t help. Unfortunately I needed this product more than those £3.5. But still not nice from company.

The postal charge was a mistake by the post office, we credited your account with the 3.50 even though you did not show proof of payment or did you let us know the outcome of the payment.
